• Piscari (July 2010 – Sept 2011) Gretton School   

This education group owned 2 schools that were both loss making. After 12 months of opening the special school, Gretton School, only had 1 student whilst service offering and fee structure were unclear. Following the involvement of Aspergers.co Gretton School now has 20 pupils on their role, good relationships with local authorities and parents, a growing residential component, increased fee levels, positive Ofsted reports and positive cash flow.

• Ontario Teachers Pension Plan (Nov 2009 – Feb 2010) Acorn Care and Education  

Aspergers.co assisted and advised OTPP on their pursuit of an education platform. This advice resulted in the successful acquisition of Acorn Care and Education, a large and prestigious special education group.

• Schools group – Graphite Capital (Sept 2010 – November 2010)       

Aspergers.co assisted and advised Graphite Capital in their search for a suitable platform in the education sector and assisted with the due diligence for a large group acquisition.

• Cinven (August 2010)  

Assisted in the consideration of the acquisition of a large healthcare and education group.

• Silverfleet Capital (April 2011)       

Aspergers.co assisted and advised Silverfleet Capital in their pursuit of an adult learning difficulties care home group.

• NBGI (April-May 2011)   

Aspergers.co assisted and advised NGBI in their due diligence for the acquisition of an adult learning disabilities group.

• Electra (2011)   

Aspergers.co assisted and advised Electra Partners in their due diligence of national fostering agency

•Palamon Capital Partners (2011-Present)    

Aspergers.co continues to work with Palamon Capital on a range of projects, including the due diligence of a fostering agency

• Duke Street (Present) 

Aspergers.co conitnues to work with Duke Street on a range of projects.

• Tumblewood Theraputic Community (Oct 2011)

Aspergers.co assisted the specialist college with a dispute with OFSTED

• Darul Uloom (London) (August-Dec 2011) 

Aspergers.co worked with the Independent Islamic school with their de registration order, as well as assisting them with OFSTED turnaround

Aspergers.co also continues to assist on an individual basis, providing a variety of support and advice on the following areas-

University disputes: Aspergers.co assist one family when the individual could not return to University after a dispute and issues surrounding his Asperger's Syndrome.

Tribunals: Aspergers.co has helped individual families in SEN Tribunal situations as well as Tribunals with schools, colleges and counties. This includes legal witness work.

Personal Advice: Aspergers.co is provides individually tailored advice (normally) via emails to parents, grandparents, individuals, partners, families, carers etc
